There are several sexual deviancies or paraphilias that are associated with human sexuality. Some of the main ones are Fetishism, Transvestism, Voyeurism, Exhibitionism, Sadomasochism, Frotteurism (sometimes known as a 'Masher" in New York), and not to forget the pedophile - one who is sexually attracted to young children. There is also a whole list of other rather bizarre paraphilias too long to discuss ranging from having an unusual desire to have sex with amputees to having a desire to have sexual gratification involving human waste. At one time homosexuality was considered a paraphilia but was removed from the DSM ( the book that doctors classify mental disorders) after the DSM was revised. In our above case of Zoophilia, or what is commonly known as bestiality - much like homosexuality, Zoophilia is no longer considered pathological but more as a lifestyle orientation unless the behavior is accompanied by distress or interference with normal functioning on the part of the person involved. Advocates of zoosexuality argue that animals are capable of forming loving bonds with their human partners that can last for years.

This is a local Austin, Texas news video clip concerning a new law disallowing computer technicians from doing forensic investigations on your computer. This is essentially meant to keep untrained computer repair technicians from playing private investigator when asked to evaluate data on your computer involving crimes or wrongs against the State. In fact, I had a recent situation come up when a computer technician did exactly that and caused a tremendous amount of problems - not knowing how to preserve evidence, contaminating the evidence that was there, nor preserving the chain of custody regarding the evidence. The resulting actions caused a fiasco for the owner of the computer costing $1000's of dollars in legal fees. Often times computer techs are asked to discover pornographic evidence or child pornography during the course of a divorce case. The Texas legislator has seen fit to put an end to this practice as a way to protect the general public and to only allow licensed private investigators or other law enforcement personnel to perform forensic computer investigations.
Well, obviously Alec Baldwin went temporarily insane while talking to his 11 y/o daughter, and goes to show that divorces brings out the worst in people. He and Kim Basinger have been in a brutal child custody battle since 2000. Baldwin blames Basinger for leaking the tape which was suppose to remain sealed. He attributes Basinger's actions as further evidence of parental alienation. Upon hearing the tape, a family law judge became so concerned that she restricted Baldwin's visitation rights with his daughter. This video was apparently at one time a public service announcement to address child sexual abuse. Though, the video itself is a bit creepy (and so is Mr. Mac) it does give good examples of "grooming" by the perpetrator. Often times a child abuser will spend hours in the grooming phase to set the stage to enact the abuse. It also illustrates that in the majority of child sexual abuse cases that the perpetrator is a known and a trusted friend of of the family and why the victim is sometimes reluctant to talk about the experience. Ironically, this particular PSA likely did more harm than good since the subject matter portrayed in the video would be a "triggering" mechanism to cause many pedophiles to act out their impulses. In child abuse cases, consider hiring a private investigator who specializes in this area since CPS may or may not get the facts correct.

Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick was found to have lied under oath about an illicit sexual affair with Chief of Staff, Christine Beatty. The majority of the evidence to prove their actions were attained from over 14,000 text messages from using city owned pagers. Much like president Clinton, Kilpatrick as well as Beatty vehemently denied the allegations until the evidence became overwhelming. In fact, Kilpatrick could best be described as indignant concerning the allegations of adultery. This is a good illustration that if you think that your partner is cheating then there is a good possibility he or she is cheating. Don't expect that your partner will tell you the truth simply because you ask. A private investigator may be your best bet to get the evidence you need.
Is there a gene that cases some men to have a genetic predisposition to cheat on their mates? Melrose Man in Santa suit goes on killing spree at Covina Christmas Party
The Los Angeles Times is reporting that a festive Christmas Eve party took a terrible turn for a Covina family. The Times reports that a man dressed in a Santa suit opened fire at his ex-wife’s Christmas Eve party and then set the house ablaze. Authorities believe that eight people are dead as well as the alleged shooter, who was later found dead of a gunshot wound.
The alleged shooter’s former wife and her parents are believed to be among the dead. Authorities said that the bodies found in the house were so badly burned that dental records would be needed for identification.
Maybe one should hold off on the drinking until after the marriage.
Google Maps Street View Helps Find Kidnapped Child

You've probably read stories about the police using YouTube to catch criminals. One guy even accidentally ratted himself out for mentioning his own YouTube videos.
Now, Google is sharing a story in which the cops used Google Maps Street View to help find a kidnapped child from Massachusetts all the way in Virginia.
"An interesting first (at least as far as we're aware): Google's Street View imagery was used by police officers to help successfully locate a kidnapped child in rural Virginia. Nine year old Natalie Maltais, from Athol, Massachusetts, was found safely at a motel on Tuesday," writes Pablo Chavez on the Google Lat Long Blog.
The police retrieved global positioning coordinates from the child's cell phone provider. Then they "googled it" as a Telegram.com article on the story reports:
Deputy Chief Lozier said that on the Internet search engine site Google there is a street view where people can look at photographs of neighborhoods in many locations.
Using the street view, he was able to look back and forth from the intersection.
Looking across a field, he said he saw a long building with a red roof that looked like a motel. He then did a search on Google for motels in Natural Bridge and found the Budget Inn-Natural Bridge, which, on a map, appeared to be close to the intersection he was looking at.

This is why you or as the private investigator hosting the Cheaters TV show should not confront a cheating spouse. You just might get shot with a paintball. I've got to say he was really working em over.
One must be very careful about recording conversations or intercepting communications or emails when you are not a party to the communication. That also includes your spouse's communications with another person. Most of the devices sold on the net for this purpose are very illegal. Megan's Law Mom OK With Nude MySpace Teen Woman says cops are hurting, not helping

The mother of the New Jersey girl whose death inspired Megan's Law is criticizing prosecutors who charge teenagers with child porn for distributing nude photos of themselves.
Maureen Kanka said Thursday that the prosecutors are harming the children more than helping them.
Her comments came as authorities in Passaic County charged a 14-year-old girl with child pornography for posting nude photos of herself on MySpace.com.
If she is convicted, she would have to register with the state as a sex offender under Megan's Law.
The laws generally require governments to alert neighbors of convicted sexual predators in their midst.
Kanka said the girl needs help, not legal trouble.
The girl's name has been kept confidential because she's a minor, but she allegedly posted 30 naked photos of herself on the social networking site.
Prompted by a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, authorities investigated the case for a month before zeroing in on the suspect, who said she posted the pictures for her boyfriend’s pleasure. Anyone who was online “friends” with the girl through the site or knew her name could see the pictures.
The teen was charged with one count each of possession and distribution of child pornography. Police remanded her into her mother’s custody.
A sheriff’s department spokesman told NorthJersey.com that more arrests in the case are possible.

38 year old Susan Johnson of Montague is under arrest after allegedly stabbing her own daughter with a pair of scissors.
According to witnesses, Johnson was found stabbing her 2 year-old daughter with scissors and strangling her with an electrical cord in a Gardner apartment.
The baby has over 100 stab wounds, punctured by scissors.
"There was a lot of small puncture wounds on the child, and there were a lot," says Gardner Police Chief, Neil Erickson."She has mentioned a cult and witchcraft," Erickson says.Johnson was in Gardner because she says she was running from that cult.
"She was on medication for depression, but she was not a person who looked like she was depressed.
Now the little girl is expected to be ok. She's in state custody. CBS 3 did learn, the Department of Children and Families paid a visit to Johnson's home this week, but she wouldn't let them in.
Police ended up going down, doing a welfare check on the child, and they say she was ok.
